I shot a video at Dragonfest, where I talk about my experience this year, and in years past. I also talk about why you should go to a Pagan Festival the first chance you get. It's the importance of community.
I have an admission to make: I shot this on an MP4 player, in the mountains, with no way to see what I was shooting. I was holding the camera at arm's length, and the video quality is horrible.
As I was putting this video together, I realized that Pagan Festivals are nothing more than small communities. Community is a huge part of what we do, it gives you the opportunity to talk with other people, who are doing different things, and in different ways.
Now, you may be thinking that you have no community where you are at. I am currently working on that. I will be announcing details in the next few weeks.
